I brought my digital ps5 to D Tech Clinic to be fixed. It had disconnected from my controller and would not repair with it. At first it was the Bridge chip (I don't remember the full name.) Which he repaired. I took it home, hoping I wouldn't have to go back. Unfortunately my wifi chip went out as well and I had to go back to have it repaired again. Though he comped me, since it was essentially the same problem as before, with the controller disconnecting. Just took my son's ps4 pro to him to be cleaned as well, and that is now whisper quiet for the first time in years. I highly recommend them for repairs. So so happy we found them. amazing service, i left a pen on my macbook and accidently closed the lid. i was super upset when i damaged my macbook screen and i just got it. * was offered lifetime warranty with a good price and a screen protector included. d tech's staff are super friendly. when i called these other repair shops, they are rude and quick with an attitude. i know i had a bunch of questions but this is my first time going to a repair shop and i do not want to get scammed; especially if it's a couple of hundred dollars. the new macbook screen looks like original. it has been a couple of months since i got the screen repaired and still works great! please do not hesitate to contact d tech, they are super nice and they seem to really care about their customer. ******* asked me if i needed a water or not, its not a big deal but it is a good gesture and really generous.

If you have PS5 controllers and dont have TMR joysticks, GET THEM IMMEDIATELY!!!!! Best joysticks on the market, no more stick drift. I got a fair quote here and called around everywhere. Do not waste your time calling around. Everybody just kept saying yes yes yes to everything without going into detail about what i wanted and any knowledge about the product i was asking to be installed. Also everybody gave me quotes that were so low it seemed sketchy when i know thats the price of the item i requested alone, let alone the service it needed to get done. Im glad i went with D clinic. If I were to give one negative review, it would be that for the 2 controllers i brought in …... The only negative review I had was even after spending close to $200 to have 2 controllers worked on and knowing he would keep the stock internal joysticks that are still working. I just wished when he took apart my controller that he wouldve taken the 2 extra seconds to grab a paper towel and wipe the gunk that was in between the crevices of my controllers to prevent any dirt or debris or anything that can possibly fall inside my controller causing it to mess up the sensors. Had he taken that extra step I wouldve been extremely impressed !!! Had he taken the 20 seconds to make sure my controllers were wiped down in the hard spots I cant reach unless disassembling my controller,  I would be 1 million % shocked and blown away with satisfaction . Idk for something so small of a detail and quick,  it wouldve meant the world to me. Yes its not that big of a deal but still. Anyways the work was amazing and im happy with both my controllers and the custom work he did on one of them. Thank you so much to the team there at D clinic!!!! I ALMOST drove away when i was driving up because the spot looked super gheto, but when you walk inside, you know your dealing with professionals. One of those shops you dont judge a book by its cover haha. I will be recommending my family and friends with any issues they ever have and will be shopping here again. I am so glad I made an appointment with D Tech Clinic. I had purchased a new battery for my laptop, after running the diagnostics tools at Dell.com.  Today Richard replaced the battery for my 7-year old Dell XPS laptop and he allowed me to observe all the steps while he provided explanations. Richard at D Tech Clinic is an absolute miracle worker, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I brought in my Steam Deck after it had taken an unexpected and unfortunate trip through the washing machine (long story, don’t ask), and I genuinely thought it was a lost cause. Most repair shops would have taken one look at the water damage and told me to buy a new one. Not Richard. From the moment I walked in, Richard was professional, knowledgeable, and refreshingly straightforward. He took the time to actually inspect the device, walked me through what the repair process would look like, and set realistic expectations without overpromising. He clearly knows his way around handheld gaming hardware inside and out. Not only did Richard successfully revive my Steam Deck from what should have been a watery grave, but he also installed the custom parts I requested, and the end result is honestly better than the day I bought it. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are top-notch. Everything was buttoned up perfectly, no loose components, no cosmetic issues, and it runs flawlessly. The turnaround time was exactly what he quoted, about two weeks, which felt incredibly reasonable considering the extent of the damage and the custom work involved. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the pricing was fair and transparent. If you are in the Tampa area and need any kind of computer, laptop, console, or handheld repair, do yourself a favor and bring it to Richard at D Tech Clinic first. D-Tech Clinic is the best, I brought my PS5 in for an HDMI repair and the technician did an amazing job. Not only did he fix the HDMI port quickly, but he also gave the whole system a deep cleaning. He even took care of the Liquid Metal inside, which could have caused my console to overheat down the line. My PS5 is running smoother, cooler, and looks almost brand new again. Amazing experience. He knew exactly what was wrong with it within 2 seconds of looking at the PS5. He fixed the usb port within a few days and called me as soon as it was done. I highly recommend this place. It looks like a tire shop so u might drive past it at first but it’s right there next to the shop. Richard was super pleasant and explained everything in great detail. My mans Richard was a big help, from when I called, to being there in person and once I came to pick up my product.
