Job Responsibilities:

  • Repair Focus: You can either work with us performing repairs or engage in sales and earn commission.
  • Customer Interaction: Have a great attitude towards customers and help convert them into clients.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and in-person. Assist customers and handle invoicing.
  • Device Repairs: Perform screen and battery replacements, hardware upgrades, and software optimizations for various devices.
  • Sales Focus: Convert inquiries into transactions by engaging with customers and offering relevant services, upgrades, and solutions.
  • Customer Experience: Provide a first-rate customer experience by listening carefully, understanding their needs, and recommending the best solutions.
  • Network Setup: Set up servers, networks, and connected devices for homes and businesses to create a seamless tech experience.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
  • Sales-Driven: Motivated by targets, comfortable with commissions, and able to guide customers toward the best tech solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in IT or related field.
  • Certifications: e.g., CompTIA, ACMT.
  • Skills: Basic soldering skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage customers.
 

Requirements:

  • Driver’s License: Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and live within commuting distance.
